Kellie Cadogan of East Point Productions

Kellie Cadogan is a young vibrant and exciting jazz singer; her voice is like a breath of fresh air. Besides being a singer, Kellie is also an entrepreneur whose business – East Point Production Inc., specializes in providing a wide range of services in the music arena and theatre. Such services offered by this exciting singer include- vocal performances, vocal training, evaluation and workshops, performance preparation as well as theatre and drama workshops, presentations and productions. Her business slogan is “Making Beautiful Music”.

Kellie is a graduate of the world famous Berkley College of Music and has performed extensively at numerous concerts and shows locally and has performed abroad. Her debut album “The Nearness of You” was launched on January 15^th, 2009 to a pack audience at the Frank Collymore Hall. This first effort by Kellie is filled with some great classic songs and her own composition; the title of the album.

TRAINING

The YES Training Programme caters to persons between the ages of 18 and 30 who have ideas and skills from which income-generating opportunies can be developed and have the potential to contribute to national development over the long term. The Programme seeks to equip all participants with the prequisite skills and knowledge to effectively manage their own business by providing a series of learning experiences that can be transferred directly by txe entrepreneur, to his/her business.

ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The Accounting service provides clients with assistance in the areas of accounting and finance. It provides recording keeping and financial management support to entrepreneurs who are unable to perform their own record-keeping, financial analysis and accounting functions.

REFERRALS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, YES facilitates links between young entrepreneurs and financial institutions that understand their needs and constraints. We work closely with the Barbados Youth Business Trust and other funding agencies.

MARKETING SERVICE
The Marketing Service is an initiative, which seeks to support the marketing efforts of emerging businesses within YES portfolio by providing an affordable cost sharing marketing facility.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME Experienced, dynamic business mentors work with entrepreneurs on a one-on-one basis to support, guide and inspire them to greater levels of achievement.

YES JUNIORS PROGRAMME

YES Juniors is an entrepreneurial education programme that targets students in primary and secondary schools of Barbados. The YES Juniors Programme is designed to expose students at an early age to the concept of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education.
