YES facilitates links between young entrepreneurs and financial institutions that understand their needs and constraints. We work closely with the Barbados Youth Business Trust and other funding agencies..

YES Juniors is an entrepreneurial-based education programme, which targets students in the primary and secondary schools of Barbados. The YES Juniors Programme is designed to expose students at an early age to the concept of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education. It is expected that through this development programme, students will:

• Develop self confidence
• Develop individual creativity
• Recognize potential business opportunities
• Realize the potential to own a business
• Become aware of self employment as a viable career option.

The primary objective of the YES Juniors Programme is to teach students the practical skills necessary to start up and operate a business. The long-term objectives will be to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial characteristics among the youth and to improve the academic performance and personal development by participating in the programme.
